Registration

Registration is a 5 step process - Print this page for your records

Step 1: Fill-out the online registration form by clicking the link to the right
Print 1 copy for yourself and one for your group leader if part of a group

Step 2: Print the covenant document by clicking on the link to the right. Read carefully and sign it.
Discuss it with you parent if you are under 18 and have them sign it too.
If you are part of a group your pastor or group leader must sign as it as well.

Step 3: Print the waiver document by clicking on the link to the right and sign it.
If you are under 18 your parents must sign as well.

Step 4: Determine you fees if staying at the Disciple Festival.
$3 per breakfast (Sun-Fri), $4 for Sun Lunch, $4 per dinner (Sat-Fri) Note: Saturday and Mon-Fri lunches at the farm are free.
$5 fee per person per night (thi is in addition to camping fees, note: Fee is waived for active College students)
$12/night per RV or pop-up, $7/night per tent, $1.50.night/person on floor in building (Note: if you are sharing a tent or RV,
calculate your share of the total due, and write on a note who you are sharing with, send the note along with payment)

Step 5: Make out a check covering fees. Payable to Mission Bells Ministries. Mission Bells Ministries is the company now responsible for the Camp and Festival.

Step 6: If you are with a group: give your payment, covenant document, and waiver to group leader.
Otherwise send check, covenant document, and waiver to:
